Myrmecological News online early
It is always worth checking for new articles here:

Some papers are free. Very interesting e.g. Heinze: The demise of the standard ant.

Re: Myrmecological News online early
Thank you for the link. I check regularly and enjoy the new papers. I really like the direction that the journal is taken, a mix of experimental, review and book review papers.
The review paper in particular are about many different topics (some that I don't read usually if they are in other journals) but that I enjoy reading and discovering in Myrmecological News. For instance, I would not go to check a paper on exocrine secretions because this type of paper will be published in chemical ecology journal that I don't read usually, but have enjoyed to read it in an ant journal (as I could read it in some general book about ants).

Re: Myrmecological News online early
I agree with Dr Bushinger, I did too apreciated the paper from Heinze.
Even if I like what this journal becomes, I regret it is not pay-free anymore....indeed, it will take time for institutions to buy print/online version if they even do one day! At least the papers are still viewable online!
